Developer-Approved Assignment Structure
These are not traditional resales. Through an exclusive temporary LLC ownership structure that has been reviewed and approved by PMG, we facilitate a seamless transfer of the original purchase contract to qualified buyers. We have already completed this process successfully and can walk you through every step.
Qualification & Unit Selection
We review your criteria, walk you through available inventory, and help you identify the unit that fits your investment goals and lifestyle needs. Each unit has a specific assignment fee and closing balance clearly outlined.
Assignment Fee & Escrow
You fund the assignment fee, which covers the original buyer’s deposit and the margin. This payment is held in escrow, providing security for both parties throughout the transaction.
LLC Membership Transfer
The original purchaser’s LLC membership interest is transferred to you through a developer-approved process. You step into the original contract with all its terms and benefits intact.
Closing & Delivery
At closing, you pay the remaining balance directly to the developer. You receive the deed, keys, and full ownership of your fully furnished E11EVEN residence. The tower has reached top-off — estimated delivery in 2026.
